Thank you for registering with West Mountain Baseball
Please make note of the following information:
- Players must register in their “year of birth” division – no exceptions
- New players are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate. A scanned copy can be emailed to registrar@wmbacougars.com
- Any adult volunteering in our organization to work with our players in any capacity must be willing to obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check. This is required bi-annually and is for the protection of our players. We are only concerned with baseball coaching and youth related items. A copy can be sent to president@wmbacougars.com
- WMBA has partnered with the City of Hamilton, Jumpstart and KidSport Hamilton to aid in the cost of registration for youth to play organized sport. Please click on one of the above organization’s links for further information.

- Online registration is subject to processing fees
Refund Policy
All refunds will be subject to a $25 administration fee
- 100% refunded if notified in writing by March 1, 2024, less the administration fee
- 50% refunded if notified in writing by April 1, 2024, less the administration fee
- NO REFUNDS if notified after Evaluation day
- Any refunds due to an injury making the player ineligible to play will be handled on a case by case basis.
Payment must accompany registration. If payment is not made at the time of registration, we will not hold a spot for your child.
